SC4 series UV LED spot curing machine is made up of a power supply, foot switches, UV absorbing spectacles, a controller and four pieces of UV LED head. It is the third generation product. The UV light intensity is up to 8000mw/ cm². The volume of the controller is much smaller. The operation is much easier.
The UV light emitter is high optical power 365nm UV LED. It is instant on/off and over 20,000 hours use life. The UV light spot sizes is focused by quartz lens. There are ten kinds of optical lens available.
SC4 machine is multi-function. We could set the irradiation time, UV light output percentage, control mode, and so on. The controller could support four pieces of UV LED head running independently at the same time.
Applications:
SC4 series UV LED spot curing machine is for UV curing. It creates a photochemical reaction that instantly cures inks, adhesives and coatings. It is widely used in precision components bonding. For example: optical fiber connector,optical lens bonding,medical device and so on.
